STORE POLICY
Processing and Shipping Days
Processing your order will take between 1-3 business days. The shipping can take 3-15 day to reach the address you provided at checkout. While processing your order, your order will be cleaned again before put in package to ship. All of this will rely if vendor has items in stock. PLEASE make sure to provide the right address at checkout; What customer list as their address will be printed on the package label.
TRACKING NUMBER
Your tracking number will be sent to your email that you provided at checkout.
Return and refunds
ALL sales are final. I do NOT do exchanges or refunds

What are vendors?
Vendors are companies that manufacture the products that you would like to sell for your business and you buy the product in samples or in bulk and sell them for your own price.
Damaged products/ Lost product
Anything that you received damage is between you and your local post office. When your order is in my possession it isn't mis-handled or broken . I check every bracelet, charm, wholesale item before I package it. After I leave the post office I am only responsible for your tracking numbers which are emailed to you. If a package is lost contact your local post office I will try to help you much as I can, but if I have did my part and the post office has received your package I am not responsible
Payment method
At checkout you do not have to have a paypal account to purchase you can with a debit or credit card also.
We now offer taking payments through cash app, if your trying to pay through cash app you will need to click 'CASH PAYMENT'. I will message or email the number you provided at checkout to remind you to pay for your order. If you do NOT pay for your order within 24 hours I will CANCEL your order.

Business hours
Business hours are Sunday 10:00 a.m. through Thursday 7:00 p.m. I will try to reach back to you as soon as possible. Shipping days are normally Fridays and Saturdays; sometimes Sunday.
